Pulleyn Transport provides specialised temperature controlled services throughout the UK and continental Europe and beyond, using its 55 strong vehicle fleet from its site in Reading . Pulleyn also has frozen and chilled storage facilities of approximately 42,000 square feet. We have attained an unrivalled reputation for providing uncompromisingly high standards of service to our clients.
Founded in 1976, Pulleyns started work in the specialist sector of computer deliveries, installations, exhibitions, road shows and specialist events and steadily grew to include warehousing and temperature controlled transport services throughout the UK & Europe.
We soon focused our attention on transport service within the pharmaceutical logistics sector and have built up a loyal client base, including many blue chip companies. Pulleyn stores, distributes and delivers pharmaceutical product on behalf of our clients. The majority of products handled by Pulleyn are "cold chain" products that need to be stored at temperatures between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius. We work closely with our clients to continually set the standard for the transportation and storage of temperature controlled pharmaceutical and medical products.
The remaining areas of the business include deep frozen and ambient storage, UK distribution of chilled, frozen and ambient goods, hazardous materials requiring specialist attention.
