Delivery

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, although we will endeavour to meet any deadlines specified. We deliver by courier or by Royal Mail within 7 days of the order being placed online. Express delivery can be arranged by special request.

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge is £5.99, regardless of how many items are ordered, with the exception of non-UK mainland orders. Delivery charges for deliveries outside of the UK Mainland can be advised upon request

Returns

We do not charge for returns where a product is faulty. Please contact Pulleyn Transport on 0118 984 0339 between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday for further details.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item for any other reason, send it back to us in perfect condition within 28 days, with the original packaging and we will give you a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices quoted are in £ sterling and are correct at time of publishing and will be confirmed on the delivery note.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. Other goods may be available other than stock listed on the website. Contact 0118 984 0339 between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday for stock enquiries.

Product specification may change from that published. Due to the varying resolution of pc screens, the colours of items received may vary slightly for the actual colour of item received.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any organisation or person, without explanation. If you are under 18, you may only order from this website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
